Shipping policy

Please note all items are made to order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 4-6 business days ( please check in the description of items as some pieces need longer lead time to ship). We operate Monday to Friday and not on UK public holidays. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Lars Andersson Ltd is not responsible for any delays caused by any local customs clearance processes.

Lars Andersson Ltd offers free shipping on orders over $300.

Duties and import taxes: For all standard orders, Lars Andersson Ltd covers all import duties and taxes on your behalf — there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Please note that sale and clearance items are excluded from this; any import duties or taxes on sale items remain the responsibility of the customer.

All items ship via Fedex directly from our studio partner in Nepal.

Note: Free shipping is not offered for clearance and sales items nor the item that is returned and thus original delivery charges will be deducted from any full refund.
